Action: Browse our website to explore our collection of artworks. If you see something that speaks to you, you can either inquire about the piece directly or let us know what type of custom work you’re interested in.

Step 2: Submit an Inquiry Form
Objective: Start the process by providing essential details.
Action: Complete the Inquiry Form (sent via email). This helps us gather all the information we need to understand your request. The form will ask for:
- Your contact details (name, email, phone number).
- Artwork details (whether you're interested in a specific piece or want to commission something custom).
- Preferred size, materials, and medium.
- Any specific symbolism or themes you’d like to incorporate (if it’s a custom piece).
- Your budget range and timeline. -
Step 3: Initial Consultation
Objective: Discuss your vision for the artwork.
Action: Once we receive your inquiry, our team will review it and reach out to schedule an initial consultation. This can be done via:
- Phone call
- Video call
- In-person meeting (if local)
During this consultation, we’ll discuss your ideas in more detail, including any special requests, the cultural significance of certain designs, and how we can best bring your vision to life. -
Step 4: Concept & Design Proposal
Objective: Visualise the design and confirm details.
Action: After the consultation, we will create a concept design or sketch for your approval. This proposal will include:
An outline of the symbols, themes, or stories included.
- Colour palette and design elements.
- Size and materials to be used.
You will have the opportunity to provide feedback, ask for changes, or approve the concept to move forward. -
Step 5: Agreement & Contract
Objective: Confirm all details & agree on terms.
Action: Once you approve the design, we’ll send you a formal agreement outlining:
- The agreed-upon design, size, and materials.
- The total cost and payment terms (deposit required).
- Timeline for completion.
- Delivery details (shipping).
- Both parties will sign the contract to ensure clarity and mutual understanding. -
Step 6: Artwork Creation
Objective: Bring your vision to life.
Action: Once the agreement is in place, our artist(s) at Wulkuraka Designs will begin creating your piece. We will keep you updated on the progress and can send you progress photos along the way if desired.
You can provide feedback or request minor adjustments during this stage to ensure you are fully satisfied with the process.

Step 7: Final Review
Objective: Ensure the final piece meets your expectations.
Action: After the artwork is completed, we will send you a final photo of the piece for your review.
If you have any adjustments or feedback, this is the time to let us know.
Once you approve, we’ll finalise the piece and prepare it for delivery or installation. -
Step 8: Delivery or Installation
Objective: Safely deliver or install your artwork.
Action: Once the artwork is ready:
We will arrange for secure shipping or local delivery.
If applicable, we can schedule an installation (especially for large pieces).
If you are local to the area, we may also offer the option for you to pick up the piece in person. -
Step 9: Follow-Up
Objective: Ensure your satisfaction and build a lasting relationship.
Action: After delivery, we will follow up to ensure you are happy with your artwork and to see how it fits into your space.
We also encourage you to share photos of your artwork in its new home, which can be featured on our website and social media (with your permission). -
Step 10: Ongoing Relationship
Objective: Stay connected for future inquiries or commissions.
Action: We value long-term relationships with our clients and welcome any future commissions. Stay updated on our latest works, exhibitions, or special offers by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media.
