Objective: Visualise the design and confirm details.
Action: After the consultation, we will create a concept design or sketch for your approval. This proposal will include:

- Size and materials to be used.
You will have the opportunity to provide feedback, ask for changes, or approve the concept to move forward.

Objective: Confirm all details & agree on terms.
Action: Once you approve the design, we’ll send you a formal agreement outlining:
- The agreed-upon design, size, and materials.
- The total cost and payment terms (deposit required).
- Timeline for completion.
- Delivery details (shipping).
- Both parties will sign the contract to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

Objective: Bring your vision to life.
Action: Once the agreement is in place, our artist(s) at Wulkuraka Designs will begin creating your piece. We will keep you updated on the progress and can send you progress photos along the way if desired.
